1. Definitions
- Service - the website at layqo.com, operated by the Operator.
- Operator - entity operating the Service (details in Section 2).
- Customer - any person or entity using the Service.
- Template - a digital product (HTML/CSS/JS files) constituting a website design.
- Personalization - customizing a Template with Customer data.
- Order - Customer's declaration of intent to purchase.
- Product - personalized Template delivered as a ZIP archive.

3. Usage Rules
- Use of the Service is voluntary and requires acceptance of these Terms.
- An internet-connected device and modern browser are required.
- Customer must provide accurate information when ordering.
- Submitting unlawful or infringing content is prohibited.
4. Orders
- Customer selects a Template, personalizes it, and places an Order.
- After ordering, Customer receives a summary and proceeds to payment.
- Contract is concluded upon payment receipt.
- Confirmation email is sent after payment.
5. Prices and Payments
- Prices are gross (including 23% VAT).
- Net prices are displayed alongside gross prices.
- Payment methods: Przelewy24, PayU, PayPal.
- Payment required before Product delivery.
- Operator may change prices; changes don't affect placed Orders.
6. Delivery
- Product is generated automatically after payment.
- Download link (ZIP) sent via email and available in account panel.
- Link valid for 30 days (Premium plan - lifetime).
- Customer is responsible for downloading within the specified period.
7. License & Copyright
- Customer receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Template.
- Template may be used to create one website.
- Reselling or distributing the Template in original form is prohibited.
- Customer may modify the Template freely for their project.
- Stock photos are subject to their respective licenses.
8. Right of Withdrawal
- Per EU consumer protection laws, withdrawal rights do not apply to digital content delivered with consumer's express consent.
- By accepting Terms and paying, Customer consents to immediate delivery.

9. Complaints
- Submit to: hello@layqo.com.
- Include: order number, problem description, expected resolution.
- Response within 14 days.
- Justified complaints: repair, replacement, or refund.

11. Final Provisions
- Operator may amend Terms; changes effective upon publication.
- Governed by Polish law.
- EU consumers may use ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
